After trying out a couple CRM's for my company, I did find one that I liked. It was a good alternative to hosting it my self (SugarCRM) and actually had a really good starter package (FREE!) and after logging in I was really impressed with what features where available to me.

The company is out of Europe and had a pretty impressive client base, but I guess the most impressive part to me was simply the fact that it's free plan allowed FULL features and up too 250 contacts. For many of our small businesses that ALL the contact we'll have lol.
